These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WADY's website, redemption portal, and Bitcoin cold storage gift card products and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Bitcoin and related services complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. WADY Gift Cards

WADY gift cards are physical cold storage products that contain a Bitcoin public address and a private key printed on the card. Key characteristics include:

  • Cards are intended for personal use or gifting of Bitcoin
  • Private keys are generated offline using air-gapped technology
  • Card value and redemption eligibility are determined by the serial number and activation code on your card
  • Each card may only be redeemed once, subject to verification

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your physical card and any private key information. Loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your card or private key may result in permanent loss of funds.

3. Redemption Process

To redeem a card through our online portal, you must:

  1. Provide a valid card serial number and activation code
  2. Provide a valid mobile phone number for SMS verification
  3. Complete security verification (including reCAPTCHA where required)
  4. Confirm the Bitcoin transfer within the verification time limit

We reserve the right to limit redemption attempts, delay or refuse redemptions suspected of fraud, and require additional verification. Redemption fees, network fees, and exchange rates applicable at the time of redemption will be disclosed during the confirmation step.

4. Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency Risks

You acknowledge and accept that:

  • Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are volatile and may lose value
  • Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed
  • You are responsible for providing a correct destination wallet address
  • Network congestion may delay transactions
  • WADY does not provide investment, tax, or financial advice

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for illegal activities, money laundering, or fraud
  • Attempt to access cards, accounts, or systems you do not own or are not authorized to use
  • Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or verification requirements
  • Use automated tools to abuse the redemption portal
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Services

Violation of these rules may result in suspension, permanent blocking, and reporting to authorities where appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on our website and Services are owned by WADY or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as SMS providers, blockchain networks, and security tools). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WADY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FACE VALUE OF THE GIFT CARD GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WADY from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a security or legal risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WADY operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
